  • 1 pound Tyner Pond Farm grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can green beans, drained

  • 1 cup macaroni or other small pasta (add during the last 30 minutes of cooking)
Instructions:
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are translucent. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Transfer the browned beef and onions to the slow cooker.
  3. Add the sliced carrots, celery, diced tomatoes, green beans, corn, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
