This is our 100% grassfed ground beef, blended with 10% heart and liver—two of the most nutrient-dense cuts from the animal. Nothing added, nothing altered. We call it Ancestral Blend because this is how people used to eat—nose to tail, with respect for the whole animal.

The heart is rich in CoQ10, B vitamins, and zinc. The liver brings highly absorbable vitamin A, iron, and folate. Together, they make this blend a practical way to get the full spectrum of nutrients our bodies need—without having to cook organ meats on their own.

Ideal for Kids, keto, carnivore, and anyone focused on nutrient density and real food, this is ground beef with a purpose. Raised entirely on pasture, just like everything else from our farm.
