This ground round is our leanest grind — a 93/7 lean-to-fat ratio, made from the round section of our 100% grassfed and grass-finished cattle. It’s a great option for customers seeking a lower-fat, high-protein cut that still reflects our commitment to honest, pasture-based farming.
Ground round works well for meatballs, taco meat, chili, or sautéed dishes where you want clean flavor and less fat to drain off. It’s processed in small batches, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for freshness.
As always, our cattle are raised on pasture in Greenfield, Indiana — rotated daily, never confined, never fed grain, and never given antibiotics.
