Our ground chuck offers a balanced 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio, making it ideal for burgers, meatloaf, skillet meals, and anything where flavor and juiciness matter. It comes from the chuck section — the shoulder — which provides natural marbling and a deep beef flavor.
We raise our cattle 100% grassfed and grass-finished, rotating them daily on pasture in Greenfield, Indiana. No grain. No confinement. No antibiotics.
This is small-batch ground beef, vacuum-sealed and frozen. It’s our go-to grind for full-flavored cooking without excess grease.
