Our Grass Is Amazing
There’s an old saying “you are what you eat”
This is especially true with Grass Finished Beef and pasture raised Chickens & Pork. The French have a word I love: Terroir which basically means ‘the taste of a place’.
I think you could also add a taste of time. Grassfed Beef always has more flavor than beef produced in feedlots. But the time of year can also be tasted based on the quality of grass. I say this because this summer we are enjoying the best grass we’ve ever experienced for this time of year!
The focus on Management Intensive Grazing and treating soil health as our primary responsibility is paying of in some of the best Grassfed Beef we’ve ever produced.
