Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 2 red bell peppers, deseeded and cut into strips
- 4 (8-ounce) boneless pork loin chops
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 limes, sliced into wedges
Instructions:
- Lightly grease the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Add the red bell pepper strips and pork loin chops to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat until the pork is extremely tender, about 8 to 9 hours.
