Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground round (local grass-fed beef)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
