Instant Pot Grass-Fed Beef Bone Stock: A Rich and Flavorful Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 lbs grass-fed beef bones (neck bones, marrow bones, or a mixture)
- 2 onions, roughly chopped
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon of salt (optional)
- water
Instructions:
- Preheat the Instant Pot on the "Sauté" setting. Add the beef bones and brown them for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Once the bones are browned, remove them from the Instant Pot and set them aside.
- Add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic to the Instant Pot and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until they are slightly softened.
