Join us as we share this delightful recipe featuring our premium grass fed beef Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 1/2 pounds of sirloin steak or round steak, cut into bite-sized cubes 2 tablespoons butter 5 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional) Here's how to make it: Season the steak with salt and pepper and let rest.  Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.  Once the oil is hot, add the steak in a single layer and cook until well seared, approximately 2 minutes. Flip the steak over and cook for an additional 2 minutes. If needed, cook in batches depending on the size of your pan. Transfer the steak to a plate.
