  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and oregano to the pan and stir to combine with the ground beef. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread half of the cooked macaroni in the bottom of the dish.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top of the macaroni.
  7. Pour the beef mixture on top of the cheese and spread it evenly.
  8. prinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the beef mixture.
  9. Cover the cheese with the remaining macaroni.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
