Full Description

This boneless pork chop are cut from local Indiana pork, trimmed and packaged in a 1-pack for easy weeknight cooking or weekend grilling.

A single boneless pork chop, portioned for one meal.

Each package contains one approximately 8-ounce chop with an estimated 48 grams of protein. It is a substantial protein portion without requiring customers to buy or thaw a two-pack.

For people using GLP-1 medications, reduced appetite can make a large meal or multi-piece package less practical. This individual chop makes it easier to prepare one portion at a time and keep protein at the center of the plate.

It is also well suited for one-person households, smaller families and anyone who wants to reduce leftovers.

Boneless pork loin is a relatively lean cut. These chops come from pasture-raised pork supplied by local farmers we know. They arrive raw and unseasoned, with no breading, sauce or seed oils added.

How to cook a boneless pork chop

Thaw the chop completely in the refrigerator and pat it dry.

Because boneless pork loin is lean, it can become dry when overcooked. Salting it several hours ahead—or briefly brining it before cooking—can help it retain moisture.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of butter, lard or another cooking fat. Brown the chop on both sides, then lower the heat and continue cooking until the center reaches 145°F.

Remove it from the heat and allow it to rest for at least three minutes before serving. USDA guidance recommends 145°F followed by a three-minute rest for whole pork chops.

An 8-ounce boneless chop will usually cook fairly quickly. Use a thermometer rather than relying only on time or exterior color.

Protein information

USDA nutrient data list raw boneless top-loin pork chops at approximately 21.95 grams of protein per 100 grams. An 8-ounce chop weighs about 227 grams, providing an estimated 48 to 50 grams of protein before cooking. Exact amounts will vary with trimming and the individual package.

Pasture-Raised Animals

Our cattle live outdoors and move to fresh pasture daily. They have constant access to clean air, sunlight, and space to roam naturally -resulting in healthier animals and better-tasting meat.

Thoughtful Feeding

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished - never grain-finished or fed industrial supplements. No feedlots, no shortcuts, just real food raised the right way.

  • Best Quality I've Tried!

I order all of my ground beef from this place and love it! You can tell the quality is way better than the stuff at the store. It’s a different natural color, never smells bad, always cooks just right and no liquid in the pan, and I’ve kept it in my fridge for a month or more and it still tasted perfect.
