The patties are made from our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef. Our cattle are raised on pasture in central Indiana and are never finished on grain.

How to cook
The patties can be cooked thawed or directly from frozen.
For thawed patties, season with salt and place in a hot skillet or on a prepared grill. Cook on both sides until the center reaches 160°F.
When cooking from frozen, begin over moderate heat so the center has time to cook before the outside becomes too dark. Turn the patty several times and check the center with an instant-read thermometer.
USDA guidance recommends cooking ground beef to an internal temperature of 160°F.
