This is a whole pasture-raised chicken, raised outdoors in open-bottom mobile shelters and moved daily to fresh grass. No confinement barns. No antibiotics. No bleach dips. Just real chicken, raised the right way.

We raise slower-growing birds that move, forage, and build natural muscle and fat. That means firmer texture, fuller flavor, and less water loss during cooking. Whether you roast it, smoke it, or break it down into parts, you'll notice the difference the first time you cook it.

Processed in small batches. Vacuum-sealed and frozen whole, giblets not included unless noted.
