Mortadella has roots in Bologna, Italy, where it became one of the classic Italian pork products. It is sometimes compared to bologna, but traditional mortadella is more carefully made. It has a smooth texture, visible pieces of pork fat, and gentle seasoning. Smoking Goose’s version keeps that old-world idea but makes it in Indianapolis with their own seasoning approach.
This is the 12 oz sliced retail package, ready to eat.
Use it cold in sandwiches or serve it warm. Fry slices next to eggs until the edges brown. Ribbon it over pizza. Stack it in a sandwich with mustard, pimento cheese, or a simple mayo. This is an easy product to keep on hand for breakfast, lunch, or a quick dinner.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your Tyner Pond Farm products for a valid reason, please contact amber@farmersmarket.com or call (317) 477-7940 within 7 days of receipt. Inspect your meat upon delivery and report any issues with packaging or cuts to receive a replacement.
We’ll review your concern and provide a resolution, which may include replacing the product or issuing a partial/full refund. Since we can’t physically inspect the product, we may request photos of the label and reported damage.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
