Smoking Goose Genoa is an old-school pork salame made in Indianapolis in the northern Italian tradition with white peppercorns, black peppercorns, and garlic.

Genoa salami has roots in northern Italy, especially around the port city of Genoa. It became one of the better-known Italian salami styles because it was practical, seasoned simply, and made to preserve pork before refrigeration was common. Traditional Genoa salami is usually made from pork, seasoned with garlic and pepper, then cured slowly.

Smoking Goose’s Genoa is part of their Old School Salumi Series, a group of classic cured meats made as a hat tip to traditional salumi. This one is simple and direct: pork, peppercorns, garlic, and time.

We’ll review your concern and provide a resolution, which may include replacing the product or issuing a partial/full refund. Since we can’t physically inspect the product, we may request photos of the label and reported damage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
