This New York strip steak comes from the short loin of our 100% grassfed and grass-finished cattle. It's a boneless cut known for its tenderness and rich beef flavor — perfect for high-heat searing or grilling.
We raise our cattle on pasture in Greenfield, Indiana, rotating them daily to build soil health and animal strength. We never feed grain or use antibiotics.
Each steak is hand-cut, vacuum-sealed, and frozen. It's best cooked over high heat and served medium-rare to medium. Let it rest before slicing to preserve the juices.
