Cube steak may be one of the most useful cuts in the freezer.

These thin, tenderized steaks thaw and cook quickly, making them perfect for steak and eggs, steak sandwiches, quick skillet dinners, or traditional country-fried steak. Because the tenderizing has already been done for you, they only need a few minutes in a hot skillet.

Our Cube Steak comes from cattle raised entirely on pasture here in Central Indiana. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, managed through our rotational grazing system, and never given antibiotics or added hormones.

For one of our favorite simple meals, cook an 8-ounce cube steak in a skillet and serve it with two pasture-raised eggs. You get a substantial, protein-rich meal with virtually no carbohydrates and only two real ingredients.

Each package contains approximately 1 lb of tenderized beef steaks, typically 3–4 individual pieces.

Cooking Tip

Cube steak is thin and cooks quickly. Season simply, cook in a hot skillet with your preferred cooking fat, and avoid overcooking. A few minutes per side is usually all it needs.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your Tyner Pond Farm products for a valid reason, please contact amber@farmersmarket.com or call (317) 477-7940 within 7 days of receipt. Inspect your meat upon delivery and report any issues with packaging or cuts to receive a replacement.

We’ll review your concern and provide a resolution, which may include replacing the product or issuing a partial/full refund. Since we can’t physically inspect the product, we may request photos of the label and reported damage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
