This rump roast comes from our 100% grassfed and grass-finished cattle, raised entirely on pasture in Greenfield, Indiana. It’s a lean, flavorful cut from the hindquarter — ideal for slow roasting, slicing thin for sandwiches, or using in stews.
We never feed grain or use antibiotics. Our animals are rotated daily to build soil health and produce stronger, more resilient animals.
Each roast is hand-tied, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for freshness. Slice it thin and serve rare, cook it slow and shred it, or make a traditional beef-on-weck.
