Quarter Hog locally raised pork. 50 lbs includes:

• 10 lbs bacon
• 15 lbs sausage you can choose ground pork, country sage, salt & pepper, spicy italian, mild italian, cajun or maple
• 5 lb ribs back, spare ribs or country
• 10 lbs boneless chops and/or 16 oz bone in chop
• 10 lbs ham ( whole, shaved or sliced ) or shoulder roast

Yes — you can choose your preferred sausage and ham type at checkout or by replying to your order confirmation.

Q: How much freezer space do I need?
Roughly 1.5–2 cubic feet — this bundle will fit in the bottom drawer of a standard upright freezer or on one shelf of a chest freezer.

Q: Is this pork raised on pasture or without antibiotics?
We don’t make any claims about how this pork is raised. It is local pork from Indiana farmers we know and trust, but we do not oversee their day-to-day operations.
