Will we be using mRNA vaccines?

NO!

We do want to make it clear that currently there are no mRNA vaccines approved for Cattle or other ruminant livestock in the United States.   At Tyner Pond Farm, our primary mission is to provide our customers with high-quality, regenerativly-raised products that prioritize the health and well-being of our animals. Recently, we have received numerous questions from customers regarding the potential use of mRNA vaccines in livestock. We understand the importance of addressing these concerns, and we are committed to being transparent about our practices and decision-making process.   mRNA Vaccines in Meat Healthy Animals Don't need Medicine

The importance of a healthy environment for livestock:

Our philosophy at Tyner Pond Farm is centered around creating a healthy environment for our animals through regenerative agriculture practices. We firmly believe that when animals are raised in conditions that promote healthy soils, biodiversity, and natural behaviors, their need for vaccines and other medical interventions is significantly reduced. We continuously work towards providing our livestock with the care and attention they need to thrive in harmony with nature.

Our approach to mRNA (or any) vaccines in livestock:

We want to clarify that Tyner Pond Farm will not be using mRNA vaccines on our animals should they be approved. Our decision is based on our commitment to regenerative agriculture practices and our belief in the importance of maintaining a healthy environment for our livestock. We feel that our focus on promoting the overall health and well-being of our animals through regenerative agriculture practices is the best approach for our farm.
