Note: Even though it is made from raw milk, our aged cheese does not require any restrictive labeling.

Home cheese makers are always looking for sources of raw milk because it makes better cheese. In our case, if you like Cheddar, Colby, or Gouda cheese then you don't need to make it yourself, we've done all of the work for you.

All our cheese is aged at least 60 days before packaging. It is vacuum packaged at our farm and will keep in your refrigerator for at least a couple of months, but we seriously doubt you ever have it in the frige that long.

Shread up a mix of our Gouda and Cheddar cheeses for mac-n-cheese, but instead of thining the cheese sauce with ordinary milk, use our raw cream instead and a touch of good quality Dijon mustard. Top it with crunchy bacon and start a new family tradition.
