Try out our new 100% grass-fed and finished beef back ribs. This delicious cut has a beautiful marbled pattern that is full of omega 3s. Not only are the nice to look at, they are nice to eat! The weight varies anywhere between 2 to 4 lbs consisting of 6 to 8 ribs, making it big enough to serve multiple people. These ribs are perfect for a nice sunny day out on the grill! As always, we suggest cooking our grass-fed beef on a low temp and at a slow rate!
