Similar to our 16oz boneless ribeye, the rib steak is approximately 2oz smaller but they have a bone included. This cut of ribeye is also known as a cowboy cut. These aren't as thick as our traditional ribeye either. 100% grass-fed & finished cattle are strategically rotated through carefully managed pastures in order to provide a varied healthy all-natural diet for our cows' that results in a superior quality, great tasting beef. They are hormone and antibiotic free - raised happy and enjoying the sunshine in our grassy pastures every day of the year.
