A Classic Recipe for the Perfect Buffalo Chicken Wings
This recipe for buffalo chicken wings is not only delicious, but it also utilizes Tyner Pond Farm pasture-raised chicken. Pasture-raised chickens are allowed to roam freely on open pastures, rather than being confined to cramped spaces. This results in meat that is higher in nutrients and healthier omega-3 fatty acids.
In addition to being better for the chickens and the environment, pasture-raised chicken also has a richer and more flavorful taste. So not only are these buffalo wings going to be a crowd-pleaser, but you can feel good about serving them to your family and friends knowing that the main ingredient is of high quality.

Tyner Pond Farm Chicken Wing Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425Β°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper. Place them on the wire rack, making sure they aren’t touching. - Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the wings are baking, combine the hot sauce, butter, and garlic powder in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted.
- Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
